Thames Valley Police accepted that warrants used to search the homes of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, the King’s brother, were unlawful. Police arrested him in February over suspected misconduct in public office, while their investigation into his links to Jeffrey Epstein continues and he denies wrongdoing.
