President Trump asked Kimberly Gilfoyle, the U.S. ambassador to Greece, to resign after reports that she asked a Republican donor to pay a $100,000 credit-card bill and faced potential energy-deal conflicts. Trump said she was doing a good job but he disliked what he was reading.
