Israel is holding events marking three years since Hamas-led attacks killed about 1,200 people and began the Gaza war. 168 of the 251 hostages taken returned alive, the last through a US-brokered ceasefire deal. Israeli attacks have continued, while Gaza’s Hamas-led health ministry says more than 74,000 people have been killed, two-thirds civilians.
