An ICE agent in New York City shot a man in the neck after agents fired seven rounds into his car, authorities say, while his five-year-old son sat uninjured in the backseat. The Department of Homeland Security said agents were arresting an undocumented immigrant with a criminal record but did not explain the shooting.
