Italian prosecutors are investigating five doctors over suspected fraud involving about 100 publicly funded penile-implant operations at San Giovanni di Dio hospital in Agrigento, Sicily. Authorities seized 112 records from 2018 to 2024, while the possible public loss is estimated at about $3.5 million.
