A 16-year-old boy killed three children, aged five, eight and eleven, and a 25-year-old teacher in an Oregon special-needs classroom, police said. A teacher tackled him after throwing her cellphone, and one victim’s father then shot him, South Bend Police Chief Mike Krantz said.
