A boat carrying hundreds of migrants from Djibouti to Yemen sank Saturday night near Obock, killing almost 140 people and leaving more than 80 missing, according to the International Organization for Migration. Djiboutian authorities said 82 people were rescued, and most passengers were from Ethiopia.
