Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the White House threatened to cut intelligence sharing unless Ukraine stops long-range drone strikes on Russian oil refineries. He said five Russian ballistic missiles struck Kyiv and the region Monday, amid continued attacks after Russia broke an announced energy ceasefire.
