Hurricane Isaias made landfall near Destin, Florida, killing four people and leaving about 670,000 residents across Florida, Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi without power as it weakened into a post-tropical cyclone. Hurricane Simon was expected to become a major hurricane near Mexico's west central coast and approach the coast on Monday.
