Mr. Burns's feeble baseball bat

The setup is the old trope where Al Capone walks around the table with a baseball bat, talks about teamwork, and then lets loose on the one traitor.

Mr. Burns goes through it with a bat he can barely lift, going eh, eh, as it lightly touches the man. The man asks what he's doing. Mr. Burns announces that he's thrashing him to within an inch of his life.

In his mind, Burns is violent and homicidal. He is also incredibly exhausted, so he can't do anything.
